Exchanges
We have a 60-day exchange policy, which means you have 60 days after purchase date to initiate an exchange. All valid and eligible exchanges will be for the store credit in the form of a discount code.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at Hello@HauteHot.shop. Please note that exchanges will need to be sent to the following address: 4211 Rawlins St #644, Dallas TX 75219
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your exchange, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically generated an electronic discount code, in the exact amount of purchase less any shipping costs. This code will be emailed to the email account that was used to generate the original sale.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at Hello@HauteHot.shop
All return discount codes will be good for one year from the date of issue, for purchases on the www.HauteHot.Shop web store only.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for worn or damaged items. Please contact us at Hello@HauteHot.shop if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
